The selection process starts with a written test. Once you clear the written paper a interview purely based on communication skills takes place. The recruiter are only interested in guys/girls who are good at communication. They have enough resources to teach you technical stuff, so they don't bother about it.

There was an Aptitude test with no negative marking. Once I cleared the test, I was selected for the interview which was conducted by a single person alone. He asked me about my hobbies, the leadership positions Ive taken etc..He was very friendly. They selected nearly 125 students from our college.
