Good afternoon mam.. HR: How did you do your test? Me: told HR: Are you a day scholar ? Me: told HR: How much time do your travel take ? Me: told HR: You are the executive member of ASPIRE.. What is ASPIRE ? Me: told (my dept association…) HR: What kinds of activities are done in ASPIRE ? Me: told (Seminars, Guest Lectures, Symposium…) HR: What Kind of Seminars and Guest Lectures are conducted? Me: told HR: You have presented a paper on “Applications of sensors in health care” Can u say something about it..? Me: told (Some Q in Between my explanation) HR: So, you have presented the paper in Andhra Pradesh… How was the experience ? Me: told HR: You might have faced many questions after presenting your paper. How did you face it? Me: told (With some situations) HR: You have also been the finalist in debugging.. Right ? Me: Yes mam HR: You did alone or in a group ? Me: told HR: What about the paper? You did alone or in a group? Me: told HR: You attended the “Management Training”… What did you learn ? Me: told (about entrepreneurship skills and patents ) HR: Do you think patents are necessary? Me: told (Something not needed and explained the reason) HR: There are people who are Experts and what if someone simply gets copyrights and puts his name? Me: Hard work must be respected for sure. But I don’t think it must be done in the form of patents. The skills must effectively used for the purpose of society. Views of each and everyone vary. According to me this is so. HR: Ok. Wirtten test – 600 wrote Cleared Written – 117 got selected HR interview – 114 got placed {Confidence and boldness are 2 important things to be considered} All the best Guys !!

In this company, the interview will be more of HR related questions. The initial written round once u cleared then u will have 90% chance of selection. We should be fluent in english. We should able to explain our project and prepare resume in good manner.
