The basic eligibility criteria for the interview process is to have a minimum of 60% marks during school and college. Once that is verified, there is a written test that consists of some aptitude questions and some questions on communication in English. This is the difficult part of the recruitment process. Once you clear the test, the interview is a cakewalk. During the interview, your basic communication skills are tested. If you are competent enough to converse with them in English, you will definitely be selected. They don't give too much focus on the programming/language skills since they have a training program in place which will take care of that.
