Infosys normally comes to our college and everyone who wishes to sit for the interview has to have a certain cut-off in his aggregate percentage and undergo a skills/IQ test.

I went for Infosys recruitment through my college campus placements. There were two rounds: IQ/Intelligence Test and a 1:1 Interview. Only those who cleared the IQ Test were chosen for the interview.
IQ Test examines one's logical and analytical reasoning along with english grammar.
1:1 Interview examined my spoken english and the interviewer asked me questions related to my final year project, family, other scenario-based questions. I was asked about 4 questions. I accepted the job offer.
For a fresher, I think the offered package was good. The interview process is straightforward and simple.
