Infosys Technical Lead interview questions

My Interview with Infosys was scheduled on Aug,2021. I have cleared the Technical rounds. Then HR called me and told that he can't give me the salary which I am expecting and offer me a salary which is no where near to my expectation. That too including 15% variable pay. This is my humble request please ask a candidate his current salary and expected salary before scheduling interviews. Please don't waste other's time.
