first of all, thank you for taking extra time and sharing your honest and detailed feedback with us and others here on glassdoor. Only a few invest time to make companies like us better and more candidate-oriented. At the same time, I am very sorry that you have had a negative experience in our selection process.
In terms of the selection process for the Writer position, we have put plenty of time into designing the best task assignment we could for the candidates. The responses were very positive, however, your feedback shows that we have overseen something crucial and have room for improvement. I would be more than happy to speak with you and understand your pain points so we can design a better process together with you. If you allow us to have this conversation, I would be also very thankful if you could share which negative things you have heard about us as we can eliminate things only by being aware of these.
