Had a phone call with HR, then a virtual interview both languages English and French, the interview last around 20-30 minutes but it was easy and they offered me the position
Interview as usual same interview questions about yourself and work experience and how you face customers and how to handle angry customers and are you okay for repetition how you handle situations

Interview
Once your application is accepted, then a link is sent to conduct a video screening interview of 3-5 questions. You answer prompts and it records a video your responses. The process gives you chances to re-record your answers. Camera must be on, so dress appropriately.
