Intercontinental Exchange interview questions

Ghosted twice for two different positions. I complained the first time at which point the recruiter contacted me and said they’d get back to me. They never did. Clearly they don’t care about their candidates. And why would they? We’re all desperate for a job. Free Luigi

During the initial interview, I was informed by HR that the process would consist of two rounds. However, during the first round, the hiring manager unexpectedly joined and conducted the discussion in a manner that felt abrupt and unprofessional. This experience was quite surprising.
