Intercontinental Exchange interview questions

I started the interview process pretty normally. Then I kept getting called in for more interviews. A total of 7 over 2 months. The recruiter didn't let me know what the interview process would entail and the time commitment. After all those interviews and a promise to hear back on the next Friday, I heard nothing. I emailed the recruiter the following week and no response. A few days later I called and left a message asking about my status. No return call. A week or so later I get an automatic response saying no thank you. This was after hours of interviews. It was inhumane to ghost me for so long and then disrespect me with no return phone call and feedback. This unprofessional conduct is highly disappointing.
