Intercontinental Exchange interview questions

The hiring process was extremely straight forward. Phone screen with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, then interview with the skip-level manager. Everyone was pleasant and asked questions directly related to the role (no trick questions). The recruiter was transparent and upfront on what to expect during the interview process and everything went according to how it was initially communicated.

Started with a phone interview then was brought on for a 3 hour interview: 1 hour per person speaking with me. One would be a manager, second a sr manager, and third a director. Director then gave a 10 question financial literacy quiz at the end for you to complete within 10 minutes. Was told that Id have an answer early the next week. No answer came. Waited another week, no answer. And another and another. They kept saying they were looking for more interview candidates. Eventually after 3 months they called back and said they wanted me for a lower position than the one I applied for. I asked them to send an offer then and was ghosted again and not called back from two separate people.
