Phone Interview, then in-person interview. Some technical and behavioral questions on both parts. Interviewers were professional and knowledgable, and asked questions relevant to my background and experience levels. They did not ask technical questions that I did not have experience with (I.e. Higher level math than I have previously done), which I appreciated.

HireVue online video/webcam interview with two questions with a two (maybe three?) minute time limit for each and an Oracle PL/SQL skill test with six fairly challenging questions and no time limit.

Interview
First a brief phone interview with HR rep (typical questions - why looking to leave current job, comp info, etc.). Then onsite interview with 3 members of IT immediately followed by a video conference interview with another member of IT and the hiring manager. Long and technical interview process.
