I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Intercontinental Exchange (Kuala Lumpur) in Jan 2015
Interview
After applying the position, i received the call from HR next day.
There was a phone interview but they will guide you with example for you to answer easily. Normally, you will pass the phone interview (unless you have difficult in comunication and listening skill). Subsequently, you will need to do online assessment (nearly 40 minutes to complete)
If you pass the online assessment, you will have the final interview (face to face) with hiring manager.
Whole process took me 2 days (from apply untill final.interview). However, the answer for whether you are shortlisted took me 3 days.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intercontinental Exchange
Interview
Interview was informal, simple and painless. Human resources, followed by two managers then a line supervisor. This interview was conducted many years ago, not the same today I would expect.
It`s an online interview. I click in the link that provide in the email then come to the video interview page. 10 questions are prepared for me. The first fews are about my personal experience on my resume. There are also some questions about"what is your most recent program you have done" or "Talk about your recent paperwork", or "Talk about a book you just read" They are all questions that you can say something. I have 1-3mins to answer each of them
