Intercontinental Exchange Software Developer interview questions

The process took 4 weeks. Went to onsite interview, management already knew who they were going to hire and you are just invited for the sake of conducting interviews. Such a waste of time. If you know who you are going to hire, management should not waste candidate's time by inviting them to various rounds of interviews. Onsite interview was also not professional, managers were not prepared and were asking questions just on the fly. Questions were repetitive too which makes sense since no one seemed to be prepared.
