2 guys , interagation type questions, took about 1 hr. Lots of questions were pre written and one guy acts as the good guy the other guy re pharases the questions acting as the bad guy. completly uncessary waste of time.

Had an initial phone screening. Process went well, and the recruiter was open and transparent about the role. I was outside the desired salary range for the roles, but we stay in touch when new opportunities come up that are a better fit.
