International interview questions

Had two separate recruiters reach out to me. Ask me the same set of questions. BOTH tell me I fell right in line with what they were looking for. Said their hiring manager would reach out to me since they were off. And then the following day got an automated email stating they moved on with other candidates.

Usually a team interview setting. They utilize the STAR (situation, task, actions, results) behavior questions. If you make it to this stage you probably are one of the final candidates. You need to describe a situation to answer the question.
