International interview questions

1st, phone screen to see if you are can work or not in the US, when are you available, what's your background. 2nd, onsite interview they ask some general behavior question, tell me about yourself, how do you handle a conflict, not much technical questions.

Behavior style questions with 2-3 interviewers lasting about an hour. Interviewers were friendly and managed time appropriately. It was a pleasant and professional experience. The interviewing style was different than most other companies in my experience, they are looking for real life examples and not just theoretical "what would you do" type of questions.
