International interview questions

Basic SAR type interview. You meet with the manager and another person and go over a standard Situation, Action, Response style questionnaire. The manager then went into a little history of the company and then we talked about the technical skills I had. The technical skills questions were minimal during this interview.

Interviewed at both Ft. Wayne and Chicago area. At the time Navistar was going through major changes, and they eventually closed their Ft. Wayne operation. I was more interested in the Chicago area position and the Chicago area interview was promising, but I decided to stay at my then employer.
