I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at International in Oct 2014
Interview
Initial interview at my college - passed that and moved on to final round interviews at Navistar's HQ. Spent the first night learning about the company and met with leadership and various others related to the program. Second day was the actual interviews, one was easy behavioral questions and the second was harder - it was a case study on various accounting principles, primarily working capital.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at International in Apr 2013
Interview
Human resources is not effective, are not direct and you have to be always looking for an update, either if you are a good candidate or not they never up date you on the process
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at International (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2011
Interview
The interview was very down to earth and they asked legitimate questions. No personality questions. Everyone was very friendly and we even had some good laughs. My manager even had me come back for a second interview just to make sure that this was the job that I wanted. The 1st interview had a group of 4-5 people that interviewed. I didn't feel a lot of pressure.
