International interview questions

15' phone interview with hiring manager, go over resume and past experiences, skills. On site interview with the team for 2 hours. Hiring manager and two team members taking turn asking questions. They asked about backgrounds, educations, past experiences. Then Behavorial questions for another 30 minutes. Ended with a tour of the campus.

I was asked the normal engineering interview questions. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why are you qualified for this position? Etc. After completion of the interview I was called by the hiring manager with an offer, and after accepting the job I had to consent a drug screen and background check. The company requires a hair sample for the drug screen instead of a urine sample.
