Initial - Phone Interview
Second Round - 1:1 with two managers from Purchasing. Mostly behavioral interview. I was rejected due to lack of experience.
They asked questions to assess response to different situations at work.
A few technical questions were asked but not too detailed. This was mostly regarding the current job resposnsibilties.

The interview process is very formalized. You need to build a connection with the managers as a cultural/personality fit is really important as well as a proper technical fit.

Interview
Found my way to a phone interview with HR by way of an employee referral; once there, it was a pretty cut-and-dried HR process interview ("tell me about a time when....") with about an 80:20 ratio of me talking to the HR rep talking. Had the feeling that the talk was merely a courtesy as I don't have direct industry experience for Navistar. However, the interviewer was pleasant, polite, and didn't make me feel as though I was wasting anyone's time in talking with them.
