It was a pretty basic and straightforward interview , they just asked for prior work experience and to go in depth about what I did. They also asked basic questions like, “ name a time you had a disagreement with a fellow coworker and how you resolved it”

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at International (West Point, MS) in May 2022
Interview
Very simple. Mostly just a few questions on your experience while you walk through the plant to take your weld test. CWIs there aren’t in your business the whole time, so you can relax and finish your test. No pressure…. the likelihood of you failing are very low.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at International (Lisle, IL) in Feb 2024
Interview
I received a phone call (which was much more efficient than an easily lost email) that allowed me to set up an interview. The interview process was great, as it was conducted by the actual engineers I'd be working with.
