Online application followed by a phone screening with HR, then behavioral interview over the phone with a supervisor, then on-site interviews which were one on one with ~5 Invenergy employees in the relevant department.

Went through the normal process and applied for the position on LinkedIn. The corporate recruiter reached out to me to schedule sometime to talk to her. I told her my career interests and what interested me about the job. After our interests were aligned I was told to give some availability to speak with the IT director over a phone call. The Director called me a day ahead of when we were scheduled to speak and I was unable to pick up the call. I called back and left a voicemail and emailed and recruiter to follow up. End of the day I simply got an email saying that they had decided to pursue more experience candidates without even seeing what I had to offer.
