Interview process moved fairly smoothly in the beginning from the initial phone interview to the onsite interviewand came to a dead end with no explanation. Interview style is direct and last a few hours

No panel interview but you will have three to four individual interview with different levels. Interviewers are supper nice and willing to answer all your questions with patient. They want a person who has ability to achieve the task with minimize supervision.
