I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Isagenix (Gilbert, AZ) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview process was very quick and stressful. There were two people in a room asking a ton of questions about previous experience and issues with the job. The two people in the room didn't seem to have much interviewing experience and it felt very awkward and bland. They rushed through the questions and threw me out on the floor to hear phone calls.

Interview
Quick application placed at the request of employer, interview 2 hours later.
Interview very short and uncomfortable for requesting me to hurry to apply based on my experience. Disappointed that visible culture doesn't allow for seasoned employees to be hired.

Question 1
Questions were token and short with no intention of hiring once they saw I was a senior citizen.

Interview
Recruiter called me and did a pre-screen. After that call, they set up an in house interview. I met with the recruiter first and went over the benefits, then I met the hiring manager. Following the meeting with the hiring manger, I was interviewed by the department VP. Questions were mainly behavioral, but the interviewers were great and it felt more like a conversation than an interrogation. They also gave a quick tour of the building which was nice to see what the office environment was like.

Strengths & weaknesses, job history, how I would contribute, etc. I would suggest doing research on the company and products prior to your interview!
