Did a numerical and reading assessment, and digital interview, both straightforward, and the digital interview had unlimited retakes. then progressed to an interview with a panel of two. i did a presentation at the start, followed by about five questions about its contents, and then was asked about five further questions, about experience on my cv, and about their Credo. Only negative really was that it took about a month to get the interview invite after my digital interview, and then a further 3 weeks for the rejection.
