Interview
There were overall 2 interviews for summer internship, johnson & johnson medical. For the first interview, there were 4 interviewees, while for the second interview, there were 5 interviewees. The interviews were held in a meeting room inside the office. Each interviews last for an hour. For the results, You would be informed via text messages or emails.
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
