I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
Know your resume inside and out
Know your experiences and do not try to beat around the bush
The first process is an phone-call interview and then if you pass that, you will be invited for an on-site interview. The phone interview is fairly easy. My supervisor asked questions in regards to my resume. The first question he asked was "tell me a little bit about yourself."
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What did you contribute to your previous job?
Are you prepared for this position, if so, how?
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
