They have a very thorough interview process. Many steps, and several interviews with various stakeholders. The STAR method is highly recommended for good interview prep. Practice before hand and the interview will be easier.

It started out with an interview session with AI recruiter. Thought it was an AI assisted interview but found out I will be talking only to an AI. I immediately dodged it and cancelled it
Easy going behavioural questions. The process is simple but not easy. Friendly and welcoming. They were on time so was I. Just be you and you will be good to go.
