I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Newark, NJ) in Dec 2012
Interview
Two employees per interviewee, covering each other's blind spots. Relaxed attitudes, open minds, one interviewer was an NJIT alumni, so we could connect over campus experiences. Don't be afraid of saying the "wrong thing", just say cool and speak your mind. Now they have apparently have more co-op positions and fewer internships, but that is better in my opinion.
