HR interview conducted over the phone, but not in official invite/time set discussion making it less of interview but more of resume and cover letter check
It started with a group discussion. It was a campus placement and could not progress towards the highly coveted interview and the role. There was a lot of competition for the role as it was amrketing rile and it is rare in CPG

Hiring Manager não sabia o que estava fazendo e não tinha clareza do futuro da posição. Fez diversas perguntas, se mostrou encantada, quando eu fiz as minhas perguntas, ela não conseguiu responder com clareza. Fique com a sensação que a posição seria cortada em qualquer momento
