The interviewing process lasted more than 5 months. It was a tiring process to have at the end an "offer" for a lower position??
I applied for Senior developer and I should have been rejected or offered a position for what I applied not for a lower grade.
The final interview was very bad having a "just promoted" senior developer to test my "python syntax" skills in a board which had no compiler. Guess the interviewer had a hard time getting into the senior position themselves.

A coding challenge on the "virtual" white board, where the logic of algorithms mattered very few, but the syntax was the key :)
They basically asked a bunch of questions about software and other stuff like java knowledge and Python knowledge and some other front end stuff, and if I was allowed to work in the US with them and if I had a car
