KBR interview questions

Started off with a quick chat with the recruiter, he gave me an overview of the company/position and the next steps in the process. I then had a ~40 minute interview with 5 people a few days later. I wasn't asked a single technical question, only behavioral/resume/personal questions. Everyone was super friendly and the interview was painless. A few days later, I was rejected. Pretty surprised and extremely disappointed.

There were 3 interviews. They included behavioral and technical questions. They were not difficult questions. It took a long time to get a response, over a month, but when the offer was extended, I was expected to start in less than 2 weeks.
