Tell us why you would like to work for KBR? Tell us about a time when you had a difficult discussion with an employee and what was the outcome. Tell us about a time you identified an opportunity for improvement, what you did, and what was the result.
There were 3 rounds. First starting from hiring manager, second with client or stakeholders and finally with HR manager. Most part of the interview is done with hiring manager and the stake holders

Interview
1 Technical round followed by Discussion with line manager on the day of interview. Questions pertaining to fundamental concepts were asked during the interview. It was F2F process. Whole process took less than 2 hours.HR discussion was done later.
