I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at KBR (Sydney) in Sep 2016
Interview
Handful of behavioural questions, followed by 1-2 technical questions to test knowledge in regards to transmission wires. Process has changed since then, from my knowledge. But generally they are aware that as a graduate, you probably wouldn't know too much anyways.
Basic knowledge of the profile of transmission wires, and basic understanding of electrification is plenty.

Question 1
At what height do scaffolds then require a engineer before erecting?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KBR (Jacksonville, FL) in Aug 2018
Interview
A week after applying I was contacted by phone without any prior notice that I would be contacted. It was a complete surprise that they would call and want to conduct a phone interview on the spot. I was informed further about the position and given further responsibilities that would be required. Was given the chance to ask some questions, however, the questions were avoided with random talk about the position.
I was told I would be emailed a Day/Time for an interview and it could be worked around my current job. Yet they seem to not be able to do so I was required to take a day off from work in the middle of the week.
Randomly again I was requested to supply documents the day before the interview. Because of a theft of my identity a long time ago, making much of my information not made available easily online HR had an issue with this so the message I received. After arrangements had been made to make myself available for the interview a random request the day before the interview wanting documents they postpone the interview just 15 hours before.
The day of the interview I supplied all the requested documents by email, for weeks all I got was emails with out of office notice and no return to my phone calls. A week had past and they placed another request for an official copy of a document.
Again this request came from the hiring manager whom ability to communicate would take weeks to return emails and seem to be stringing me along.
