I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KBR (Leatherhead, England) in May 2012
Interview
I met the hiring manager and had a chat. This is seriously all that happened. The process was so informal it made me laugh. He described the company and the role, I went over my past history, but mostly we just had a chat. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to write 50 words on that.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KBR (Sydney)
Interview
Open recruitment process, transparent about role and expectations. Good follow up. HR good to deal with. Two face to face interviews. It has been a good experience overall when compared to some others. Perhaps because it was a referral. The process was straightforward and flexible with time. Although they are constantly balancing between redundancy and recruitment.
