A phone call from a very professional and friendly recruiter then three interviews 1 hour each where everyone was nice and professional.
With all of that being said, the whole process was a waste of time as no one was able to define what this position will do and each interviewer had his/her own interpretation based on their job and interaction with the CX team.
Also, the CX team is very new in Kimberly Clark, so the hiring manager who doesn't seem to understand that much about data and the technical part of the job, didn't have any experience with the company and why that position is needed
