I had a first interview on campus and it was a behavioral interview. It was a very structured interview and involved technical questions as well. They want you to talk about your projects and work experience as well. There were not any questions that were asked that were not in print, however, it probably depends also on the recruiter's interviewing style.

Tell me about a time when you were faced with a customer/client that was very rude to you and how did you handle the situation?
The interview was a panel interview where you also toured the plant. It was lengthy, but you met multiple department heads. Overall, it was a good interview process and they provided lunch.

Was a pretty casual interview (business casual to be specific), two younger women around their mid-twenties interviewed me and I likely sold myself short as well as falling into the relaxed and casual behavior of it.

Behavioral interview. Did it at conference. Later received offer in email. Took two to three weeks after interview to find out I got it. Gives you a week to accept.
