The interviewer called me via the phone and asked for a quick talk. She gave 2-3 questions directly on my current position. Then, she concluded my experience doesnt fit with this position. I told her i could explain more about my experience from previous jobs. However, she rejected and dropped the call right away.

Tell me one campaign that makes you most proud.
Phone screen was scheduled via text message. HR called me directly and sent a personal follow-up email when I was not selected. I applied via employee referral. There were several jobs open so it was a bit unnerving when HR did not mention what role it was for.

Atleast 2 levels of interviews including with hiring manager and top leadership
