The interview session began early and took almost a full 8 hours. All leaders I met with were very friendly and prepared for each interview session. The day moved along quickly since it also included a plant tour and lunch. The questions were the typical SMART structured. All interviewers will keep you on your toes with several prepared questions included during 3-4 separate panel interview sessions (45 mins each). They tend to occasionally dig deep into your answers. Overall this interview was a great experience. The facility was impressive. Be prepared and passionate and the interview process will go fine.
