I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Mobile, AL)
Interview
Very informal (blue jeans and Tee shirt was what the interviewers were wearing). Panel of two asked questions that involved safety, team building, OJT, and administrative protocol. The interview process took about 30 minutes and was fairly easy. I just referenced things from my military background. Which was very useful, this company is good about hiring veterans. Be sure to answer all the questions asked, because that is one of the deciding factors in the hire process.

Question 1
Explain a time when you had a disagreement with a co-worker, How did you handle it?
They use the star method and do two interviews. Different words used but same question basically to compare between both sessions. They make you feel comfortable and are easy to talk with.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Ogden, UT)
Interview
After about a month from the time I applied on their website, I got a call from HR to set up interview time with the supervisors. They asked the situational interview questions. It wasn't too difficult, but you really have to articulate your answers.

Straightforward interview. I didn’t have industrial experience, but was able to relate working experience to the position I was interviewing for. They’re looking for people with a good work ethic, and can learn quickly.
