Three stages with different senior personnel. Interview was friendly and professional. Assessment of technical knowledge, communication skills, leadership skills and questions about duties and responsibilities taken on during the course of my career. I was asked also what made me stand out from all the other interviewees and how to I see myself in 5 years.
