Application process began with some online tests, followed by a video submission and assessment centre. Assessment Centre was split up into 2 parts. The First part consisted of a powerpoint presentation of the company and some group activities including a marketing case study which we were then required to do a presentation on in groups. Only six people were selected to stay for the second part of the Assessment Centre which was 4 one on one interviews in a relaxed setting.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Melbourne) in Oct 2016
Interview
1. Online submission of application, general online application process similar to other firms.
I think I waited for like 2-3 weeks to received their response. But I was given a long notice roughly about 10 days to complete my online test.
2. Online test which was reasonably easier than some other companies. They did not test numerical reasoning or verbal reasoning question which makes the test easier. I was given practise questions before I start the real ones.
About a week after the test, they told me that I was selected for the next round which is a video presentation.
3. Video interview. I was asked to create a 2 minute video to show what makes me stand out from the crowd, and which corporate value i can relate the most. I guess you need to be creative in the video as they mentioned it twice in the emails. I was given about a week's time to create the video. 5 days after submission they replied with a result.
