Had an in person assessment day with a group task and 2x15 minute interviews followed by the next round, presentation about collaboration to the ANJ executive team in their boardroom
Hirevue 5 questions. 3 minutes to prepare, 2 to record
Normal questions "Tell me about yourself" and "why do you want to work with us" and "Describe a time where you had to lead a team"

very quick response. 45 minutes psymetric assignement. 16 assignement in total. Only 3 days to complete it and the test can only be taken once a year. Prepare in advance.
