I first did an online assessment with mathematical exercises and then a more psychological one. After that I did an interview with a recruiter from the company for general questions about myself.
the interview was one of a kid, the kind that really shows you what is needed in the company. it gives one the point of view of the employer and shows one the required expectations for the job. The brae minimum required there is not at all bare minimum, one has to work for it and nothing less than potential is required there.

Interview
2 interviews first one was online 2nd in person. Interviews were about 1hr and I did enjoy it as it was just like having a great conversation. We discussed a lot of things and found many things are in common.
I interviewed with six different individuals across different teams, and varying levels of seniority. The interview process was fast but I had to wait several months to receive my formal offer.
