Il colloquio si è svolto in una giornata completa: al mattino si è svolta la prima fase, in cui i vari candidati hanno svolto la preparazione di una presentazione di gruppo con esposizione. Durante il pomeriggio si sono svolti i colloqui individuali con diverse figure dei vari dipartimenti.

Had an in person assessment day with a group task and 2x15 minute interviews followed by the next round, presentation about collaboration to the ANJ executive team in their boardroom
Hirevue 5 questions. 3 minutes to prepare, 2 to record
Normal questions "Tell me about yourself" and "why do you want to work with us" and "Describe a time where you had to lead a team"

What are the challenges Kraft Heinz and the food industry face?
very quick response. 45 minutes psymetric assignement. 16 assignement in total. Only 3 days to complete it and the test can only be taken once a year. Prepare in advance.
