Interview

There were managers from other Kwik Trips there to do interviews. They assign one to you when you walk in. The people there were very nice right from the time you walked in the door. They had water and I believe cookies for people being interviewed. It was a very nice atmosphere. It was a KwikTrip job fair at the fire station in a nearby town.

The interview had a lot of questions, and I mean a lot. Most of which were, “tell me a situation where this happened at your previous jobs”. They basically just want to know how you handle situations. We also talked about my past work experience and the expectations of Kwik Trip.
