Very lengthy process including a packet. For it being a common high school and college student job the interview was very long compared to the regular 20 minute time stamps.

Easy. Simple questions. Start with a math test on paper. Then you are asked a series of question on how you would handle different types of cutomers. It’s mostly informal. Store leader was the only person in the interview. Took place in a small office.
