Kwik Trip interview questions

One screening interview, followed by one in-person interview. Everyone was friendly and the process was straight forwards. Interview was half Star Question, followed by 30-min of experience questions. Found out about offer several days later.

Fairly long interview process including phone call, Zoom interview, and an interview with a manager in the warehouse. Asked a lot of situational questions about previous jobs and experiences. Be prepared to give examples from previous jobs on how you handle conflict, timeliness, relationships, etc.
