I was asked a few easy interview questions I called back the next day while I got set for training the week after but then I was told that I couldn't be trained because well they said that the manager can't hire anyone since she was leaving soon after the new manager came in never got I never got a call back and I didn't get the job
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LA Fitness (Indianapolis, IN) in Dec 2013
Interview
Video call at a nearby club for first round. In person interview with direct hiring manager (District Operations Manager) for second round. Phone interview with VP. It was a pleasant process and the hiring manager was down to earth, nothing too tricky. It was a more basic interview style.
