Very straight forward. Having a bachelors degree is required and the interview is more conversational. They mainly want to see your customer service skills and ability to handle multiple requests at once.
The interview process was overall standard and what you would expect I did not mind it at all. It was pretty quick and not a problem to complete. It was fine.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LA Fitness in Aug 2021
Interview
Interview process was horrible
I was dressed in business clothing and they wanted me to do a 15 minute mock session on of the other employees. When I asked for a few minutes to write down the exercises I will do it was problem.
As a personal trainer you are supposed to prepare for your sessions for your clients beforehand. You’re not supposed to spring it off the top of your head
Anyways, I got offered the job but declined because the pay is insulting to my level of knowledge
